Lil Z's Leather is more than just a pastime, more than just a job. It's a life purpose. It's a way for Lil Z to share and appreciate her life with others. The raw, durable, yet supple and adaptable characteristics of leather reflect many aspects of our own lives.

We're all evolving through rough transformations, making mistakes, striving to be better and yet we all have our flaws. Whether or not others see the beauty within the blemishes is out of your control. ​​
About Lil Z
~Meet Lauren Zarske, affectionately known as Lil Z~
Lil Z is a true trailblazer. She's an entrepreneur, packer, sawyer, bitchin' river chick and all-around badass. Lil Z has carved out multiple identities of herself throughout the varied landscapes of her life. Her recent shapeshift into becoming a leatherworker was facilitated through the most challenging of times.
Significant, life-altering battles with her health and the loss of her career as a Mule Packer forced Lil Z to find another path, another passion. Her love of leather couldn't have blossomed at a better time. The ability to immerse herself in leather and create something beautiful through an otherwise tumultuous time has been immeasurable.
The joy and challenge of learning, refining her art and sharing it with others has been so rewarding. ​Thank you for being here and supporting her. Lil Z is so excited to share her work with you for the many years to come!
